Adebare Adejumo is a youth and sports development advocate, mentor, and visionary leader driving the growth of American football across Africa. He currently serves as the League Commissioner of the Showtime Flag Football League, widely regarded as the foremost professional flag football league on the continent.

A true pioneer of the sport in Nigeria, Adebare has been instrumental in shaping its evolution over the past decade—transitioning from player to coach, and now to a leading force in professional league administration.

He has played a key role in delivering landmark moments in African American football, including:

• The first American football game in West Africa — Lagos Marines vs ABU Titans (2016)
• The Go-West Tour — the first multi-country American football tour across West Africa (Nigeria, Benin Republic, Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast) (2017)
• The Sankofa Bowl — the first African championship game (Nigeria vs Ivory Coast) (2017–2018)
• The first televised American football game in Lagos — Lagos Bowl (2017)

Noah Whittle is an American football entrepreneur, former professional athlete, and the Founder & CEO of TopArk, an international sports organization dedicated to creating global opportunities for athletes through a worldwide recruitment database and development network.

Originally from New York, Noah played professional football in Europe and Mexico for six years before transitioning into athlete development and international sports management. Throughout his career, he has helped more than 100 athletes sign professional contracts and built partnerships with 48 teams across 12 countries, expanding pathways for players to compete globally.

As International President of BallArk Sporting Foundation, Noah is focused on growing American football across Africa, building international exposure for emerging talent, and creating sustainable pathways for athletes to compete on the global stage.

Kenneth Bradley is an American football entrepreneur, former professional athlete, and international ambassador for the global growth of the sport. He currently serves as Vice President and Head of Sports Advisory at TopArk, where he leads athlete recruitment initiatives and international talent pipelines.

Originally from New Jersey, Kenneth played four years at Ithaca College before embarking on a seven-year professional career in Europe and Mexico. In 2024, he won an LFA Championship with the Chihuahua Caudillos, where he also set the single-season and career tackle records and earned 3× All-Pro honors.

Through his leadership at TopArk, Kenneth has helped organize international combines, build recruitment bridges between teams and colleges in the United States, and assist athletes in securing professional contracts in more than a dozen countries.

With BallArk, Kenneth plays a key leadership role focused on expanding the sport internationally and creating opportunities for African athletes to develop and showcase their talents while remaining connected to opportunities across the global football ecosystem.

Rebecca Bonaparte is a development strategist and youth empowerment advocate with a strong background in grant writing, program design, and nonprofit administration. She currently serves as one of the lead grant writers at a UK-based Community Interest Company (CIC) focused on youth upskilling, where she plays a key role in securing funding and building sustainable programs that equip young people with practical, future-ready skills.

With a deep understanding of the global development landscape, Rebecca has contributed to the design and funding of initiatives spanning education, employability, and community development. Her work centers on connecting vision-driven organizations with the resources and partnerships needed to scale impact.

As Secretary of the BallArk Sporting Foundation, Rebecca brings structure, governance, and strategic oversight to the organization’s operations. She supports the foundation’s mission by strengthening administrative systems, driving funding opportunities, and ensuring alignment between programs and long-term development goals.

Passionate about unlocking potential in underserved communities, Rebecca is committed to advancing initiatives that combine sport, education, and skills development—creating pathways for young people to thrive locally and compete globally.
